Instructions to Add Your Own Installation Guide

If you prefer to email us your installation details and pictures, we are more than happy to add the content to the website for you. Simply email us a brief description of your installation steps along with any helpful pictures to info@veypor.com

1 - First you need to modify the next available entry in the table with your own bike description. Note: You must be a registered user to edit a page.

Click the edit button at the bottom of this page. Replace "Make", "Model", "Year" with your bike's values. Replace "Comments" with a short description of the installation or bike. When you're done, click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the editor.

2 - Click on the Install link in the row of the table where you added your bike info. This brings you to the page where you need to describe your installation.

3 - The installation description page is preloaded with a template to guide you. Click "EDIT" at the bottom of this page to customize the template with your own bike specific installation instructions.

4 - To put pictures in your guide you need to upload the picture, then point to it in the page. The editor helps you do this.

Edit the page and in the editor window put your cursor at the location where you want the picture to appear. At the bottom of the editor, click on the "Browse" button next to "Upload Picture". Find the picture you want to upload and select it.

Now you'll notice that a link to the picture was automatically created for you where your cursor currently is. The link has the form:
{img src="img/wiki_up/pic_name.jpg" }

Click the "SAVE" button to upload the picture. Note: You have to "SAVE" the page after each picture. Clicking on "SAVE" uploads the picture, you can only upload pictures one at a time.

Click EDIT again to go back and add more pictures or continue editing.

5 - You can click the "PREVIEW" button at the bottom of the editor at any time to see how the page is looking. When you are all done click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the editor.

If you have installed a Veypor on a vehicle that is not in this list, you can add your own entry. Share your experience and tips with other Veypor users.

If you know of a better or alternative way to install a Veypor on a bike listed here, add your comments to the existing installation description.
